    <description>&lt;P&gt;Depends on the device, not the necessary device is offline.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ARP timeout is 4 hours or 240 minutes (Cisco default value) - if this is not changed, after 240minutes if the device not responding that go in to incomplete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
