Hi All,

I need assistance to login using my FDM GUI. Output below are on waiting state. I can access firewall through CLI. Refer screenshot of the login page with error.

Is this a new firewall? Can you tell us the model and software version? Has it ever worked? If so, what changed recently?

It has been working perfectly. I re-imaged from ASA to FTD a year ago. Yesterday morning, i clicked on the "resync" button and that was the last time i saw FDM GUI.

Despite it being pretty old version, there's no good reason why the FDM GUI should stop working after a resync.

If you have a support contract, I would suggest opening a TAC case.

I did a restart and it came back online. all good now. thank you.
