      <title>Smart License Monitor Error after upgrading from FMC 7.0.4 to 7.3.0</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;check this advise :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;once I de-registered and then re-registered with a token from the Smart Software Licensing portal (and then let the health monitor poller run a cycle).&lt;/P&gt;
