      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I need some help getting my ASDM working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason when I try used ASDM I can't get pass the authenticate part.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to ssh to the same firewall using the same username and password worked fine no issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASDM version 712-102&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas to get this to work again would be helpful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, that will work as long as you have&amp;nbsp;a working RADIUS server configured.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the RADIUS server cannot be reached, the ASA will fallback to local authentication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the RADIUS server is reachable but not authenticating you then the ASA will not fallback to local.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you confirm you are using your credentials authenticated by the RADIUS server for ssh? If you are then you should see authentication attempts logged on the RADIUS server&amp;nbsp;when trying to login via ADSM (which uses https).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Well, I check the setting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I check the setting between the HTTP and SSH on the show run aaa command&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found that radius is not setup up on the SSH it points to a LDAP server which is not working then it fails to local.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I check the radius server it is not working correctly AD but of the server is having errors. I don't understand why if the radius server is not working right that local is not working right.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I took out the radius command to make it default to local user only&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
