      <title>Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem (SSM On-Prem) Not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem (Cisco SSM On-Prem) license server. This is used to license our ASAv firewalls. The application the application all of a sudden is not working. Its not listening on port 8443 which is used to for launching the WebUI will not start. The firewalls are unable to checkin for their licnese.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have tried miltiple reboots with not success. This is preventing our firewalls from checking in for their license.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any suggestions? Does Cisco support troubleshooting this product?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any info would be helpful. Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you able to SSH to CSSM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if so check is the port listening (post the output here) :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;# netstat -ltnpd&amp;nbsp; - to check post 8443 listening&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;#journalctl -f&amp;nbsp; - check the logs&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;#df -h&amp;nbsp; -check any space issue ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;#systemctl status netconsole.service&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
