Firepower 2110 URL loading takes too long for specific domain.

Hello Professionals,

I'm using Firepower 2110, version 6.2.3.

My web access for many websites are good, but only for specific URL takes too long to get web page.

I put the CIDR ip ranges to prefilter rule, and I put the application allow rule to ACL.

I also have checked the Advanced settings - Retry URL cache miss lookup, and it is unchecked.

The domain is *.tistory.com and I don't know what I can do more.

Is there anything I can check from the Firepower side?

I think you face issue with DNS server.

***** This issue has been resolved by adding allow URL (xxcdn.net) which is one of web site resource. *****

If anyone who has same issue like this, please check the issued website resources. It can show you failed API or CDN whatever it use to loading web page, then you need to allow that URL to your firewall.
