Anyconnect drops

We are using the AnyConnect client, our SSL and DTLS/TLS connections never drop technically; however, we have an application that is using telnet, and through the tunnel, it will randomly drop if the session is unused for 45 minutes to an hour. We have a Meraki VPN solution that is working without dropping this connection.

@NIKHIL M K you can adjust the idle timeouts. You can apply this configuration globally or specific just to telnet sessions.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the information. The Idle timeout has set already but still the connection drops.

@NIKHIL M K what have you got configured, the default timeout setting or have you configured a service policy for telnet? Example here specific for telnet.
