Quick question are these two the same they look the same.? when I am on the Cisco download page and I select 2120 then 2130 they look identical.?

@benolyndav yes there are the same, the same image would generally work on the 2K hardware, but obviously not the 1k, 4k etc.

2100 series appliances all run the same software images.

When uploaded to the FMC you will quickly find out if your FTDs support that software version. When you click install you will be presented with a list of supported devices that are managed by your FMC and if your FTDs are present then they support the uploaded software you are trying to install.
