sla configured with FDM is in pending state

I setup a couple of SLAs on an FTD v7.3 using FDM but they are in pending state and I can't see where to start them. Below are some show commands from the CLI. Any ideas?

Yes, I agree that is what I need but where would I add that? I don't see a place in the GUI and I believe FTD does not allow config from CLI. Do I have to use a flexconfig? Seems like there should be an easy way to do this but it escapes me.

@tato386 it's in pending because you haven't attached the SLA monitor to a route.

This configuration can be done all via the GUI, you don't need to use flexconfig.

yessir, you da man. it's working now thank you..

BTW, the reason I hadn't attached it to the route yet was because I wanted to confirm SLA was up before I linked it to the route.
