Hi. I try to upgrade my cisco catalyst 3850 from ios xe 3.3.6e to 16.3.9. But i have this issue and switch doesn’t boot.

Cold-reboot the switch.

Make sure the power supplies stop screaming before the restoring power back to the switch.

You could try booting from a TFTP server. The image might be corrupt.

i recovered that by usb flash and now it works with old version os. but i need to upgrade and it doesn't work with any released 16 os

i installed 3.6.10 , but after reboot os didn't boot and flash of device was became read only.i cant do any thing.
