ISE Repository validation Fail

I need to copy files local system to cisco ISE. tried to configure FTP server settings as cisco recommended.
WINSCP server configured. while validating i am getting - repository validation faile due to error- failed to remote directory. verify configuration,error screnshot attached here.

3. Verify FTP server accessibility: Test the FTP server accessibility from your local system using a dedicated FTP client like FileZilla or WinSCP. Attempt to connect to the Cisco ISE FTP server using the same FTP server settings configured in Cisco ISE. If the connection fails or you encounter similar errors, it indicates an issue with the FTP server configuration or network connectivity.

Is it SCP or FTP? SCP requires you to go into the ISE cli and accept the remote server's ssh key.

I have a similar problem. I have created a respository and using SFTP to a Ubuntu Server ISE reports the backup successful.

However if I try and validate the repository I get an error. Invalid repository. On the Unbuntu server there is no file in the directory detailed in the respository settings.
