Fire Power 1010 restore error

Hi all,

after a hard reset i try to restore the firepower 1010 from a backup.

When the firewall restart i cant deply nothing because i receive this error : Some changes require that inspection engines be restarted, which will result in momentary traffic loss. Following are the changes that require inspection engine restart:

The VDB was updated.

i i try to deploy i recevie th following error

how i can solve it?

Validate if the FTD (from FDM UI) has the SRU installed after the backup restore. If not, install the SRU and attempt another deployment.

If the issue persists, then engage TAC for troubleshooting the issue.

after hard reset, the vdb and sru are installed but i can deploy nothing because the firewall raise up a certificate error.. ifter recovery of backup the vdb and sru arent installed and if i try to install it (via FDM) i recevie a certifcate error..

Can i install sru and vdb through the cli or i need to contact a tac?

Need to engage TAC to further investigate the cause of policy deployment failure, if the problem persisst.
