FMC HA sync failed message

We have 2 FMC ver 7.0.5 in HA. They're located in remote sites. Sometimes we lost connection and logically the FMCs indicate a sync error. After a while the messages clear as expected.

Since yesterday afternoon we began to observe the sync error . We test a ping from one FMC to the other and we get response.

The error is:

"FMC HA Status:

HA Sync failed:

Database synchronization failed on the local Management Center

Database synchronization failed on the local Management Center"

What else can be checked?

Thanks.

Hello,

In the Standby FMC there is no Resume Synchronization button. The button is the Pause Synchronization.

There is also the following image at the FMC Standby:
