I Check and as I mention before if the traffic is life (show conn show the status of traffic) then asa when arp timeout send new arp and add new entry to arp table.

But if the traffic is terminated by idle timeout or by clear local-host the asa after arp timeout will remove this entry and not add it again.

looks like counter to arp timeout I guess. Does live traffic resets counter or new arp request is generated after arp timeout regerdless the traffic?

This is aging of arp'

If your traffic is life then it continues add arp with new again to arp table.

If traffic not life this arp entry will remove

after some monitoring an traffic capture .... this number shows how log is entry in cache. When it reaches 14400 (few seconds before) new arp req is generated. Live traffic do not reset counter
