[FTD] SNMP for remote site via S2S Tunnel

Hello together,

we have a monitoring running in our headquarter and we have several remote sites connected via a S2S-Tunnel connection.

Now we also want to monitor our remote sites via SNMP through the VPN-Tunnel. On the ASA I needed to configure "management-access INTERFACE" I already applied the same on the FTD via FlexConfiguration - but SNMP still doesn't work.

Does anyone have a idea?

You want SNMP FTD via tunnel' or other network device connect to FTD you need to SNMP via VPN

You config SNMP using inside as source interface

You make inside interface as managment-access ?

There are few discussions attached to https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvt97205 with no definitive conclusion on this feature. This became broken after SNMP rewrite in 9.14 or so, but might have been fixed in latest releases. Ignore "fixed releases" in the bug -- this info is incorrect.
