Firepower Migration tool - error

I am using the FMT 5.0-8699 for mac and at the SSO page after the Duo Security authentication, all I'm getting is a black window with "null" text. How can I overcome this step. Thanks. I have attached the screenshot fyi. It is the same result with any browser I use on my mac.
I also try on Windows - the same situation
this is the URL it is directing to

http://localhost:8888/api/callback?state=L25KH51OH3422I58HI4S&error=access_denied&error_description=Policy+evaluation+failed+for+this+request%2C+please+check+the+policy+configurations.

Hi,

Can you maybe try this with different FMT version?
Also maybe try to check with few more test machines? I know you tried on windows and MAC but maybe some different systems?
