Good evening. I would like to have more information about the Smartnet of the Cisco ISE virtual machine. My client is running on version 2.7. I would like to know if the client has licenses for the Basic version of smartent?

Smartnet is not a license. It is a service contract with entitlements.

The easiest way to confirm it is to look under My Cisco Entitlements. You can find a link to that site under software.cisco.com or access the page directly here: https://mce.cisco.com/mce/#/services-subscriptions

If you want to see ISE Base licenses, that is different - check if their ISE is using PAK-based classic licenses or Smart licensing. If it's PAK-based you can see the installed licenses on the ISE licensing page. If it's Smart licenses you can use the link to the Smart license portal at software.cisco.com and search for the licenses there.
