It is a service contract with entitlements.</P> <P>The easiest way to confirm it is to look under My Cisco Entitlements. You can find a link to that site under software.cisco.com or access the page directly here: <A href="https://mce.cisco.com/mce/#/services-subscriptions" target="_blank">https://mce.cisco.com/mce/#/services-subscriptions</A></P> <P>If you want to see ISE Base licenses, that is different - check if their ISE is using PAK-based classic licenses or Smart licensing. If it's PAK-based you can see the installed licenses on the ISE licensing page.
