&lt;P&gt;after removing from FMC and connecting it back I get this error showing in FMC. Any help how to fix it without reimage?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure you can do much here.Given that 7.3.1 is the first SW release for FPR3100 device, and that message state that Firmware upgrade failed, I would try with reimage first. If that doesn't help, most likely you are stuck with faulty HW, but you should open a TAC case to get confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;reimage didn't help. I have 2 boxes and there is the same issue on both of them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so I believe TAC case is the way&lt;/P&gt;</description>
