    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two FTD 2110&amp;nbsp;HA cluster&amp;nbsp; version 7.0.4 managed by virtual FMC&amp;nbsp; version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;7.0.4&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to view the &lt;STRONG&gt;FMC connection events&lt;/STRONG&gt; page the browser keeps loading for minutes and then I get the error message "&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans"&gt;Unable to process this query. Please contact support&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to check Health from the FMC monitor page and I found all services running&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried restarting the FMC but it did not solve the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if it is a known issue how I can resolve it?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if it is not a known issue how I can troubleshoot it?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Is it safe if I install a new FMC and reconnect the FTDs and does it can done without interrupting any running connections and losing any configurations?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thanks,,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
