Is there a way that we can check history log Event messages (internal log) for Traffic processing inbound-outbound,

by CLI ?

on FTD and FMCv ?

I think not all Log will appear, only the LINA Log will appear if you use CLI

you can enable log to buffer in platform settings which will provide you with connection events in the ftd CLI. Retention time will vary based on how much is being logged and the size of the buffer.
