&lt;P&gt;3650 can support as below :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The IP base feature set supports static routing and the Routing Information Protocol (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="searchMark primary"&gt;RIP&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;). For full Layer&amp;nbsp;3 routing or for fallback bridging, you must enable the IP services feature set on the standalone switch, or the active switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have valid image your configuration is valid using configuration terminal&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have Lanbase License - as i remember you need IP base to work RIP, but checking&amp;nbsp; feature navigator it support, so you can test by issue that command ? is that command not available ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
