Can we configure the same FMC at two hypervisor

We have a FTD 305 manage by FMC-V...

The FMC-V is configured on Nutanix hypervisor and also we have a VMware setup...

Problem statement:

When the Nutanix server goes offline or rebooted during that time the FMC also goes on unreachable mode.

could you please help me with the solution in that case, I asked for the HA solution for TAC but they said the Hypervisor should be same for HA implementation....

according to documentation only Cisco Hyperflex and VMware are supported for FMCv HA setup. I have never tried to set up FMCv HA between two FMCv running on different hypervisors so I am not sure if it would work.

If you decide to try setting this up on other platforms not listed as supported, you do so at your own risk.

Virtual Platform Requirements

High availability is supported for the following public cloud platforms:

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

And these on-prem/private cloud platforms:

Cisco HyperFlex
VMware vSphere/VMware ESXi

Can some anyone confirm the same, can we setup a FMC-V between 2 different hypervisor??????

FMCv HA pair members must be on the same hypervisor. It will not form HA if they are on different hypervisors.
