Cannot get FTD's backup file from FMC's /var/sf/remote-backup/ via scp

Hello Guy,

Currently, I have issue with restore ftd file from FMC via scp with error message below. is there anyone guy ever meet this issue. any guys can help me on this.

- You should start by examining the remote's SCP/SSH server's logs to check if an effective connection was made from the FMC

Are you trying to copy from one FMC to another? Depending on your use case, there may be alternative options to get the file.

I still cannot restore file from FCM directly, but now is okay because I use alternative solution, for restore from FTD local disk instead.
