      <description>&lt;P&gt;As other replies have noted, it depends on your hardware version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note that all ASA branded hardware appliances are past end of sales and the majority of those are past end of support. Their latest recommended release depends mostly on how long ago they went of of sales.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ASA software running on Firepower / Cisco Secure Firewall hardware is still actively sold and developed. For that, 9.20.3.7 is the current suggested release. Same for the ASAv virtual firewall&lt;/P&gt;</description>
