ERROR(567): No database files are available on Cisco Security Manager

Hi Team,

On my Windows 2016 Server, I am no longer to backup CSM4.25.0

The daily error message is: ERROR(567): No database files are available for the installed applications; nothing to back up.

I have manually run the command with the output

C:\>PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\bin\perl C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\bin\backup.pl C:\BACKUP

Purge Db Backup log Success CSM user preferences is successfully backed up.
