Manual upload of FMC and FTD software packages to FMC Doesn't Showup

Trying to upgrade Cisco Secure Firewall Manager and FTD 1120 from 7.2.5.2-4 to 7.4.1-172, howerver when I attempt to uploaded packages to the FCM from local resource repository the FCM indicates file uploaded successfully but does not show in the available update page for either the FTD package or FMC package. Seems to just disappear. Same software package and versions were updated on another development systems without issues. Any Ideas?

You must upload the FMC package first and install it. Only then can you upload the FTD 1120 package.

Right...I uploaded the FMC package first and does not appear in update page at all, then just for be sure I uploaded the FTD package and again does not show in the update page, so can not up the FMC since it does not show up. I did just discover that the the packages do show on the virtual appliance in the /var/sf/updates directory, however noticed that there is no cooresponding .METADATA link....IDK. I did a reboot of the FMC and still nothing. Have TAC case open but you know how long that takes.
