Hello, when Cisco Firepower device is being accessed in order to configure device, admin is getting the write access, configure may go on. Question is; how to make the access for other admins, visibly locked during that time, so they would not be able to go to write mode to the device configuration, till the admin, who accessed would not change write to read mode for the access. Something like "Key" button, which some other providers have, so admin, going to access the device, may see that access is locked, as someone else already accessed it in write mode, doing configuration at the device.

Is there any possibility for that, have to emphasize that, it's very important in multi-admin environments. If there is no such a feature, can it be created by script, program on the device itself?

Thank you.

Hello, thanks for reply; it is at the:

Secure Firewall Management Center

Firewall Management Center

Devices / Device Management

we have Firepower 4115 with FTD v7.2.8.1.

When accessing the devices list at the browser GUI, and then edit, is there a possibility to lock write access, so only one admin would have write access at that moment (and that should be visible somehow to others), others should wait until that admin unlocks the access to the device.

Thank you.

Thanks, would need some time to go thru the complete doc. At first view, did not see the exact button for the config lock, or something similar.
