FTD upgrade failed - Workflow already in progress

HI,

Today we upgraded FMC to 7.4.2 without problems, but FTD upgrade failed. Unfortunately it's not possible to rerun, resume or cancel the process since "Upgrade Workflow is still active". All activities against FTD is blocked because of that. Hope someone can give me some inputs how to fix the problems. Assumes some other have seen it before.

Btw: After FMC reboot when upgrade was complete I forgott to deploy policies, Not sure if it's matter or not.

Hard to tell with the information provided. It is probably best to reach out to support by raising a TAC case.

Thanks, According to status.log it says following

ui:- [] Fatal Error: Upgrade Failed: Triggering full deploy of device failed... Returning to previous version (7.2.4.1)...

Plan is to rerun installation/upgrade and see if will fix the problems.
