&lt;P&gt;If you are using this in production you should replace this with newer hardware, i.e., &lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/firepower-1000-series/datasheet-c78-742469.html" target="_self"&gt;Firepower 1000 series hardware&lt;/A&gt;. If its for a lab at home then you can purchase an ASA 5520 or 5525-X quite cheaply now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;have you tried a different power cable?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is the power module receiving power, does it show a green light?&amp;nbsp; If the light is not green you might want to try to see if you find a power unit for the ASA5520 on Amazon or eBay.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But, as this device is not supported for RMA and just about everything anyone here will recommend will require some sort of purchase, it might be better to replace the device.&amp;nbsp; Chances are that none of the suggestions will work and you will just be wasting money trying to get it working followed by having to pay more to buy another firewall device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
