Anyconnect Client is automatically downloading old profile

Imported a new profile to C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile deleted old one. When connecting to anyconnect the old profile asks for OTP and deletes new profile and re-adds the old one. Not sure where this is caching as new policies are being used in ASDM..

You need to upload your new profile to the ASA via ASDM and use reference it in the VPN settings. You are essentially downloading an old profile from your headend.

In adition to what @rschlayer correctly noted, the way it works when you connect is that your local profile's file hash is compared with the one on the headend at login time. If it's different, a fresh copy is downloaded from the headend - replacing anything you may have manually updated locally.
