topic cdFMC and CLI access in Network Security

Hello,

We need to access cdFMC CLI via SSH to delete a stucked job. IS this possible and how should we proceed to request this access?

I know for cloud email security it's possible by generate a private/public SSH key pair and then provide the public key to Cisco TAC, but I am not sure it's the same process for cdFMC.

Thanks

I asked TAC directly about this and CLI access to cdFMC is granted only to a limited number of peoples inside Cisco.

"Unfortunately, there is no access to the cdFMC CLI for the customers or even myself as a troubleshooting engineer. We have an internal team at Cisco who has been granted the Cloud Access to do this".
