@suryaaa you need to use the WebGUI (FMC or FDM) to create objects and add them to groups.

Alternatively, you can use APIs for bulk configurations. It takes a bit of time to learn it and become comfortable with it but it essentially the replacement for CLI

I see you have ftd and try use cli' unfortunately ftd not like asa it need GUI' and there is free gui (FDM) ypu can use to config FTD.
