FMC 4600 cli issue

I have FMC4600. I realized that it cannot pick commands on the cli. I can access, type commands and even clear, but for some unknown reasons, when I press enter, nothing happens. Interestingly, pressing enter without any command enters new line, clearing with backspace, clears. What could be the issue? Like nothing happens as long as there is a command on the terminal

I am not entirely sure I understand what you are trying to describe here. Could you try to be more detailed in the problem description and perhaps provide screenshots if possible.

At first I was on the basic mode and could not even switch between the modes for some unknown reasons. I can now switch between the modes and be able to perform whatever I need to achieve. Thank you for the will to help
