SSL decrypt not working

There are several ssl decrypt rules

Rules for category - 3 do not work. And traffic is being decrypted.

The main rule -6 informs that there are no categories in the rules -3. What's wrong?

It might be an issue with the cloud connection and as a result the FMC is not able to download the URL categories and reputation data from the cloud. Do you have the "Query Cisco Cloud for Unknown URLs" enabled in "System > Integration > Cloud Services" in the FMC?

Please try to click on "Configuration" menu on the top left and share the screenshot of that page.
