I have imported an ACP and it is showing under the Default-Policy... is there a way to have it not indented? If I delete the Default-policy will it also delete the "internal" policy showing below it?

You are using nested Access Control Policies. SO, the "Internal" policy is inheriting rules from the parent policy "Default" Here are your options:
1. Remove the parent policy: Go to your internal policy > From the "More" option on the top select "Inheritance Settings: > Use the "Select Base Policy" drop-down and select "None" > Hit "OK" > Hit "Save"

2. Deleting the base/parent policy will also delete the child one. So, if you want to retain the "Internal" policy then the I suggest you use the steps above instead.
