Event Manager shows as an unrecognized command

Greetings all. I have this little network I am working on and I have just came across an issue. The command I am trying to implement is

"event manager applet BACKUP_CONFIG" . However, my issue stems from the fact that my other switches have taken this command just fine. It is just this one switch that refuses to take it. As a matter of fact when i am in the cli and type in "event ?" it shows up as an unrecognized command.

All of the Switches are C9300L and have the same IOSXE

Any help would be great.

show version

show License

Thanks @balaji.bandi for response.

After performing multiple checks, I identified that the issue was related to the license. The event-manager command requires the switch to operate with a DNA license. The switch was not booted with the appropriate license level.

To resolve this, I executed the following command:
"license boot level network-essentials addon dna-essentials"

This enabled the required DNA Essentials license, and the event-manager command started working as expected. It appears the dna-essentials addon was previously not enabled.
