      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log into&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://tools.cisco.com/sch/," target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://tools.cisco.com/sch/,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am prompted to accept a license agreement, however when I scroll to the bottom of the page to Accept the agreement I see the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0990000"&gt;Click Accept Error &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Your connection has timed out. Please reload.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens on my Mac, I've tried using Safari and Chrome (regular and private browsing modes) and I have tried on a Windows computer in Edge and Chrome but I get the same error&amp;nbsp;(regular and private browsing modes).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how I can get this license agreement Accepted please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for looking. What OS &amp;amp; browser were you using please?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I even found a machine with Internet Explorer on to try to accept the agreement (spoiler alert - IE didn't even load the &lt;A href="https://tools.cisco.com/sch" target="_blank"&gt;https://tools.cisco.com/sch/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;website).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the original issue you are trying to solve?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SCH (Smart Call Home) is generally a device feature and not a directly user-facing tool that would require a license be accepted vi online form.&lt;/P&gt;

I want to see a list of my SCH connected devices and any messages they may have generated or if they're affected by any security advisories.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1910078"&gt;@MistrJoLI&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I was able to log in to the SCH portal at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://tools.cisco.com/sch/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://tools.cisco.com/sch/&lt;/A&gt; via clicking through from an ASDM instance, but I am pretty sure it is being deprecated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SCH transport for licensing is definitely being deprecated:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en_us/buy/collateral/call-home-migration-to-smart-transport-notification.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en_us/buy/collateral/call-home-migration-to-smart-transport-notification.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The User Guide is dated 2013! There is a community forum here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/smart-call-home/ct-p/4816-smart-call-home" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.cisco.com/t5/smart-call-home/ct-p/4816-smart-call-home&lt;/A&gt;. The FAQ posted there in 2016 already noted the feature was in "sustaining" mode with no new feature planned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You are better off using the CLI analyzer to check your ASAs for security advisories.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://cway.cisco.com/cli/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://cway.cisco.com/cli/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
