as per checking the option can be seen on the Device Managment->Device->Routing-OSPF. am I right? but on the FTD device there is no option for OSPF yet.

Hi!

I'm migrating ASA to FTD 3110. I got an issue during validation where "OSPF configuration already exists on the cisco FMC. Please disable OSPF on the FMC before proceeding with the migration." I am migrating a transparent mode FW and there is no ospf config on the ftd so there is no option to disable this on FMC.

have you encountered this issue?

Yes you're right, OSPF settings are in the device management > routing pane. I never came across this issue before, but it just come to mind that maybe you have OSPF enabled for another FTD on the FMC and that's why you get that error? I would suggest to work with TAC on this anyway.

Yes, there is another ftd i migrated with ospf. I tried to unregister it to test, but still the issue appears.

You don't have to unregister the other FTD, you could only try to disable OSPF and see if that would've done any difference. I would recommend to reach out to TAC and work with them on this as it doesn't make sense why the FMC should complain about OSPF when it's not related/required for the transparent FTD.
