We are trying to setup a Bosch B9512G alarm panel behind our Cisco 1140n FTDs. Internet access from our IOT subnet is working fine for the panel. The Cloud ID setup that somehow registers the panel with Bosch does not work. I have received instructions from Bosch on the external IP addresses and ports that need to be setup for this to happen. Bosch states the panel must communicate bidirectionally. When I tested the access to the external IP Addresses from packet tracer using the required https port it said the access would be allowed. So that means I do not need an ACL to get to the IP addresses. This may be a question for Bosch but isnt a standard web connection already bidirectional? Has anyone had to set one of these panels up before behind a Cisco FTD?
