Actually it was release in April 2022: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/security/secure-firewall-3100-series/series.html

They are quite stable and a good value for customers requiring the throughput they offer. For lower throughput, consider the 1200 series. For higher throughput, the 4200 series is available.
