Not asking for NEW firmware. They made the last version of firmware. But for some reason, that is not downloadable, instead they have an older version of firmware than I have on mine. Not sure why you are so invested in telling me I cant get help. This is normal. Every software and hardware maker other than cisco at EOL lets the users download the last version of the firmware. It would be insane for them to allow the download of an older version but not the last version.

Is there anyone on this platform from cisco? anyone who can point me to the download of t he last version of this software?

I understand its not currently supported, but from googling there is a newer firmware version. From the cisco site though, they only have older firmware, older than mine. Since they made a newer firmware, I would imagine it should be available somewhere. Anyone have a link to it? or can a cisco employee give me a way to get it please?

No, once the equipment enters EOS (End of Support), no new firmware is made available after one year from the end of support.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/eos-eol-policy.html

Yes, I understand, and I don't know if you read the link I sent, but you have to request it from Cisco, since after the stated period they no longer make it available through the website.

I found this firmware on this forum from another user, you have to take the file out of the zip and use that, do not use the zip... and it worked for me.
