Cisco ASA 5520 can't accept any order...like no keyboard connected

Dear all,

We have a problem, Cisco ASA 5520

It's starting up and load the image ... till the end (ciscoasa>)

But i can't enter any word also when it's starting up.. and giving me

Use BREAK or ESC to interrupt boot.
Use SPACE to begin boot immediately.
Boot in 6 seconds.

It will not accept any order... Space Break and Esc,

Just it will start up to the end and didn't accept any order... like no keyboard connected

I hope to get your support to solve the problem, i attached Doc file from the ASA screen

I Disabled flow control .. but..the same problem

I want to ask if anybody can disable the console .. so no body can enter any order

Because i heard that someone worked on this device in the company ... after that, he left

And the device was working good before that guy,

So, i don't know if anybody can disable the console orders or something like that...

It is very unlikely that the console has been disabled. I am not aware of anyway to do this.
