&lt;P&gt;i cant find what is the difference between 5515-mb and 5515x-k9,,,, &amp;nbsp;we purchased a new one to complete the HA pair. anyone knows if they wont have any problems running failover between them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I was not able to find what exactly MB means but if the show version matches that of the K9 you should be able to get the failover up and running.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe MB stands for Motherboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is similar to how some ASA code reports the PCB (printed circuit board aka motherboard) serial number differently than the chassis serial number leading to confusion in requesting activation keys for feature licenses.&lt;/P&gt;
