Remote Access VPN from scratch

Hi friends, I'm trying to set up an access for a PC from internet to my ASA 5580 for testing purposes. I'm trying to do it through ASDM following the ASDM Assistant but I can't. At the very begining when I try to add a new Connection Profile every option are disable. Can anybody help me please??? Where can I find a tutorial about this??? or maybe somebody can help me to do it through CLI ???

You can configure Anyconnect Remote access for this purpose.

I appreciate very much your help my friend @Aditya Ganjoo but I really need to do this throug VPN. Actually this is for testing only but in the company I work for there are some PC´s connected to the ASA through VPN (and PC´s are running Cisco VPN Client software). I need to connect 2 more PC´s to the ASA (using the same way) but I don´t know how to do it, that´s why I need your help. Thanks in advance.

the PC is running Cisco VPN Client - Version 5.0.07.0440 in Windows 10
