when i try to import ASAv 9.2 ova into vmware or esxi

i get the " Line 330: unsuppoted element " property"

i guess ova was design for vcenter?

Only the older versions of ASAv depend on the vcenter. If you use a recent version you don't need vcenter any more. I don't remember which versions, but at least 9.5 works without.

Why do you want to run version 9.2? This was the first release of ASAv and later versions have many bug fixes and feature enhancements that make them a much better choice in almost every use case.

The ASA compatibility matrix explicitly notes that you must have vCenter for releases prior to 9.4(1.200).
