backup command ASA 9.x

Hi guy's,

Im new to the ASA firewalling and try to migrate a asa 5520 to a asa 5506-x

the 5520 is using Software Version 9.1 and the new 5506-x is using Software Version 9.6.

I found some info about using the "backup filelocation" command which is working on the 5506-x but the asa 5520 is not recognising the command.

For now we are not able to connect via the web console so we have to do it via CLI.

Is there a way to enable this command on the 5520? or is this only available on the 9.1 version?

any tips/tricks?

The "backup" command was introduced with ASA software version 9.3(2). Thus it is not available on your 5520 running 9.1.

I usually just capture my cli output and then run the following:

term pager 0
more system:running-config
