topic FTD 6.1 Application QoS Bug? in Network Security

I am currently testing the new FTD 6.1 code/Firepower Management Center and working testing rate limiting based on an application. I setup a rule to limit amazon up/down to .5Mbps up and down but I get the following error when I deploy it to my 5512-x. "QoS Policy Limit Amazon: This rule cannot match the specified applications because adaptive profiling is disabled". I have Adaptive Profiles (and profile updates) enabled under the advanced tab in the Access Control Policy for the FTD I am deploying it to, what gives? I created a similar rule in the 6.1 beta code and don't get the error. Is Application specific QoS broken in 6.1?
