&lt;P&gt;I have some users who connect via any-connect receive:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #1f497d; background: yellow;"&gt;VPN establishment capability from a remote desktop is disabled.&amp;nbsp; A VPN connection will not be established.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #1f497d; background: yellow;"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happens because the default AnyConnect policy does not allow you to VPN in if someone else is also logged into your machine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This can be because a "Switch User" has been done on Windows (rather than a "logout"), or because you are trying this on a terminal server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
