&lt;P&gt;but we have doubt that we have multiple context and we have lot of static nats rules and if we upgrade any thing that will affect from the ios change&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we need to upgrade our IOS in Cisco ASA 5585-x from 8.4(7)3 to 8 .4(7)28&amp;nbsp; what is the best way to do it ? what are issues we can get while doing it? and these 5585-x are in the context mode like we have 15 context.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Barath,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could directly upgrade from 8.4.7-3 to 8.4.7-28. Take the backup of your current configuration before upgrade to this new version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could directly change ASA boot variable in System configuration and upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Procedure remains the same as you do it in Single mode. Use the link below :&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;.3 to .28 is an interim upgrade. So it could be directly upgrade. there is no changes in these upgrade. Interim upgrade is having mainly bug fixes.&lt;/P&gt;
