TCP reset with Identity

Hello,

I've configured LDAPs AAA server Group on Cisco ASA. Testing authentication I got the ERROR: Authentication server not responding. That is why, below is the log with TCP Reset-I.

302014 192.168.100.145 636 192.168.100.254 44851 Teardown TCP connection 2904334892 for DMZ:192.168.100.145/636 to identity:192.168.100.254/44851 duration 0:00:00 bytes 713 TCP Reset-I

192.168.100.145 is Microsoft LDAP server while 192.168.100.254 is ASA interface (which is also Microsoft LDAP server's default gataway).

Any idea the reason why ASA can't connect to a server which is directly connected ?
